Thanks for your comments Vasu. I have the same feeling. HH Customer Service would have responded more appropriately instead of looking for escape techniques. I understand there might be similar problem for other bikes as well. But none of the customer service will show such arrogance as the HH shows... . I am surprized to here their funniest responses.
