paid online...,money debited....customer care says technical error...emails no reply...after following up for 10 days they accepted they got the payment...now i have send docs what they asked for ...again no ackledgements ...or reply... If i donot get the credit report...i will file consumer ca...se..have all the proofs... and make sure they get the penalty..Read More

First of all a normal savings bank account with zero balance have all the facilities that b2 offers. Second I opened a b2 account just to check how well it works. Not even a single service working properly. some time balance shows zero or incorrect and they will say Technical Error. Quatum optima is... not working properly and they will say 'Technical error'. I have heard this phrase about all the problem that I face with B2 account. However a normal savings account with icici works well. Seems ICICI did not do proper home work before starting this new service.Read More
