@ 100bestbuy, tell me the for the same question, where did u declare the rules and regulations as that whoever selected will go to 2nd round, is it mentioned in your ' CONDITIONS APPLY ?' 2nd question is - when you very clear procedure of selecting the contestant, why don't you declare... that here is the selected 10 contestant among the participant.. do you declare them openly.. i am 101% sure you don't... if so tell me where you have posted the selected contestant final list third question - if it is OPEN lucky draw scheme, why don't you declare the no of people joined so far., etc., details., why don't you declare the date of lucky draw selection in any where of the ADD, or on your site, or any related message saying ' after 100 participant joining, the lucky draw will be happening... i found the same, I joined a contest by seeing the add flash, today I got a call from somebody from the '100bestbuy', sir you have opted for joining the contest, and we have selected 10 people's among the contestant, you are also one among them. so you will get the product to your address once if yo...u are selected among the ten persons, you have to provide your address and you can do participation in the next round by paying Rs.5999/- (iphone contest) ; I asked ' why don't tell these in the procedures before content start, they blubbed this and that again and again, finally they arrived ' if you want to continue, you can' otherwise you will not be in the participate in the final stage, that's all - it is up to you. But they are not ready to answer me to my questions,' why not you declare that there is a second stage with selected 10 participants' ; finally he ended up saying ' CONDITIONS APPLY ', it is there in the rules and regulations; It is we only decide like, finally i got one thing, they will call each registered one and will say you are selected for the final stage, and so and so, they will extract money from everyone as if they are the final contestant.
