I have been duped by the site 100bestbuy. A message flashed on my screen while I was researching something else, saying, "Congratulations! You are the 100th visitor and have won a Samsung Galaxy S3 for Rs.599". When I clicked on the message, it asked me to pay online. Having furnished the credit card details and making the payment for the phone. I received a message saying that you have entered a contest and the result will be notified by mail. NOWHERE, EARLIER IT SAID I AM ENTERING A CONTEST. It only said I have won the phone since I was the 100th visitor. It said it is NO JOKE. I immediately wrote back to them saying I request a refund back to my account since I did not want to take part in a contest. I have not heard back from this site since then. I definitely seek a refund or the phone that I have paid for. This is unacceptable.
Online dealings should be fair and transparent. These hidden terms are very scary and unfair. I hope I hear back from your site and am able to get my refund at the earliest.
