this seems to me a marketing by Mantri. pepole please don't fall prey to Mantri, they are world class cheaters. the quality of construction is so poor. they always delay their project

Mantri once again proved they are useless with the Mantri Navaratna project. please dont go for mantri projects. they are unprofessional. once you pay the booking amount they will not even bother to give a reply to you. their already delayed the project by 3 months.

Ya I also made a big mistake by investing in Mantri Navaratna. The problem is that once I paid the advance amount, the people from Mantri are very reluctant to even talk. When i write mail about the work progress no reply. Already the possession has been delayed by 3 months from Mar-2013 to Jun-20...13. When I talk about asking for any customization the reply that they gave is 'we cannot run behind each and every customer to do there work'. then why the hell do they book flats for individual. The work i am mentioning is not any major modification, those are just fixing up of grill, wood work etc. they simply replying to do all the work after the possession. Have anybody heard of that non-sense reply, basically builder will take care of these works and just ask for additional payment, but here Mantri doesn't even want to do this basic work and asking me to break the wall and fix the grills and do re-painting after taking possession. I have never heard such unprofessional behavior. I am still worried about the quality of work after hearing lot of negative remarks about Mantri Synergy. I think there is more shock in the waiting PLEASE DONT EVER INVEST IN MANTRI PROJECT.Read More
