I am planning to buy this cell and will be buying it shortly, so please let me know the sound quality of this phone. I had N82, and its sound output, bass, was awesome. Regards, Scorpion78

sourabhbera193, Initially, I was also confused that how can an 110 cc bike give such a mileage, so I tested it not once or twice, but from the day I bought, same reserve to reserve, and it is giving me 67-72 km/L (67 Km/L in heavy traffic and 72 km/L is on moderate/less traffic). As I mentioned e...arlier, I do not rev the engine much and run always between 40-45 km/hr. Regards, ScorpionRead More

AAHHLL, First of all, thank you. I have serviced my bike, first free service, at 562 km. Now, the mileage is hovering between 67-72 km/L depending on stop-and-go heavy traffic of Bangalore. No need to change the rear tire, never it had caused any problem regarding stability on muddy roads, pot...holes, etc., etc. Regards. Scorpion78Read More

sawalia, There is no trip meter in it, and the emblem is not available on stock bikes; I think you have get it embossed on the tank.

sourabhbera193, I am getting an average mileage of 70-72 km/L in Bangalore's heavy traffic, the reason behind such a mileage is that I am a sober rider and riding it constantly at 40 km/hr (I never rev the engine hard). My younger brother is also 5.5, but he never complained about seat height, so... before finalizing for DY, please take a TD and check yourself. I do not think it will be an issue.Read More

just_abhi22, I had the first free servicing done. The gearshift has improved a lot and the engine noise has reduced to a much extent. Seat without a cover is not comfortable as it was smooth, so I added one and now the issue is taken care. The shocks perform well, no issues with that either.

Just_abhi22, The built and paint quality are top-notch, full marks to it, but avoid the accessories like crash guard, saree guard, etc., which are black, as they tend to rust sooner. I am getting a consistent mileage of 65-68 km/L. I have not revved it above 50 km, but not sure how it will beha...ve if we increase the throttle above 60 km, but if you are looking for revving Dream Yuga hard, this is not the bike for you, as It is just a commuter bike. As mentioned in my review, Twister has many flaws like open chain cover and it will require special attention and maintenance every 1000 km at least . There is more space between the rear tyre and guard, so rainwater and mud will directly get on to your clothes. CB Shine is a 125 cc bike and is expensive. You will get a mileage of 55 -60 km/L, not more than this. Suzuki bikes are not reliable, just don't opt, stay away from them. Yamaha ss125 is also a good bike, but mileage is a bit concern and also the after sales service. Regards, Scorpion78 Read More

bhosekarvishal, Yes, I had to compromise because Twister has a smaller seat as compared to the lengthy seat of DY, and the Twister has an open chain pattern, which requires a lot of maintenance. As I am using DY purely for city commute, power and torque does not really matter. Looking above all t...hese, I zeroed for DY. Regards, Scorpion78Read More

biswajit, It certainly has pass switch, but you might miss the trip meter. Headlights are better than Hero Honda bikes, bright enough. No need of choke, my DY starts with one kick. Tyres are good, need not worry much regarding this. Regards, Scorpion78

sangepusrinadth, According to me, short handlebars gives more comfortable ride than with those which are having longer handlebars (purely subjective; I am comfortable with short handlebars). It is NOT a sports bike, just a commuter bike with just 110 cc heart. Just take a test drive of DY, you wi...ll realize what I was trying to say. Regards, Scorpion78Read More

I owned a Hero Honda Glamour (2005 model) which served my purpose well. It had started showing signs of ageing as I had abused it a lot, both on highways and city, and wanted something new. My requirements were as follows: Reliability and Resale Value. Mileage – Same old question; Kitna...Read more

I would like to mention that Hayate is also a very good bike in its segment. The reason for Suzuki not being gaining market share in their two-wheeler category is due to lack of after sales network, but other than that it would also be the best bike in this segment and compete with other brands such... as Hero, Yamaha, and Honda. I agree that Honda bikes are overpriced compared to Suzuki, TVS, and Bajaj, but there is nothing great that could be mentioned with these manufacturers except their lower prices (Suzuki, TVS, and Bajaj). These manufacturers will keep the prices low and comprise in the built quality of the bikes, which is not the same case with manufacturers like Hero, Yamaha, and Honda. If anyone is not comfortable with Hero, Yamaha, and Honda, should stay away from them and opt for others. Regards, Scorpion78Read More

I also made rounds to the service center ( you wont believe) for almost 6 months to solve that issue, and then later shot up a mail to MUL. Within no time, they rectified it. By the way, can you be more specific as to from where the rattling noise is coming?

I have an Alto which I bought in May 2010.  It has clocked only 5000 km till now, the reason behind such low usage was some rattling noise from rear, which the MASS solved this year after repeated mails to MUL.  As long as Alto is concerned, it is a very reliable hatchback.  You can get in and o...Read more
