We have tried APC Service Center only Y any local when its under warranty. We also remember the Service Request # C1-690336044 which is still pending till date and its pending from 27th July'08. Yesterday I contacted Nehal Dixit, Service Manager. But its the same old reply I got and it seems that... they are not interested in solving this issue at all. Now Im going for get the replacement / money back thru consumer court as this company has not left me with any other choice.Read More
