One addition to my post: They have taken their device and currently I am using tata photon +. Thanks sureshkav for your sightings. Seems photon plus is working for me..

I agree with you completely. I also had an Airtel connection which I had to give up as I shifted to new place and they did not have feasibility there :(.. Then I tried Tata!! Hope you can imagine how it is to switch to tata after using airtel for years! Thanks for sharing your thoughts
