I have generally been an airtel customer for most of my stuff (mobiles, broadband etc ) because the feedback I got about airtel was generally positive. So I opted for airtel digita tv without much research in terms of quality of customer service. But I am hugely disappointed and now I am going for c...able TV from hathaway (on which I have got mixed feedback). To begin with, they did not give me two channels which were part of the package because customer services guys were not able to interpret the channel list and packages. I explained it to multiple people and seemed convinced - but I did not get the channels till 8 months after activation. When I had a problem with connection, it took about a month for the engineer to come. I recharged again for one more years despite poor service to avoid the hassle of going to another service provider. I again have a technical problem and it has not been attended for the last 3 weeks, so I am having no other option, but to go for cable TV which I am not expecting much better service either. But no options.... what to do...Read More
