i agree with Mwas. indiaplaza is improving. i myself had posted a bad review but the response was prompt and efficient which forced me to change to a good review. would be nice though if they had a toll free cuctomer care number which goes a long way in establishing trust.

for me instead of hardback edition of the godfather costing rs 812, they sent softcover worth rs 200 after i paid through prepaid. they do not even arrange for reverse pickup and no guarantee they will reship correct product.

Illegal business

These people are illegally hiking the MRP of fasttrack watches and then offering discounts. So even after discount the price is higher than company MRP. yes even fasttrack watches they are hiking MRP so that after discount also the price is more than original company mrp
