24.11.11. The service technicians from Pureit came at 6.45 pm last evening, replaced the faulty connectors, to find there was leak from another part. They fixed that too. The tech guy called up this morning at 8am to check it is was working fine. Now that was a surprise. I also appreciate this guys... polite attitude. So I recommend this guy for his efficiency as well as attitude. But will I recommend Pureit Marvella? That would depend upon my experience in the coming months. Dr.Sandeep K Jose CochinRead More

I received a call from Pureit within hours of posting the above review around 12.30 noon. She said it will be fixed by this evening. Now it is 5.30pm, no one has turned up yet.

I had the same problem , this product marvella leaks, and the HLL customer care is worthless.
