I ordered kicker car speakers - 4nos on 12.10.15, paid 7872/- through my credit card. On the 13th they despatched the product. On the 15th I get a mail & sms saying the product has been delivered when it was not.
The fact was that they asked the courier FedEx to return the product back to them. Moreover the FedEx tracking website also clearly shows that the item being returned to the shipper. As for the fact that the FedEx website showing the delivery location
I registered a complaint with them showing all the facts on the 15th and they said the complaint will be resolved by 22nd. It was not.
When I called them again they are just buying time using words as "escalate" "priority" while admitting to pointed questions that refund has not been initiated.
When I asked them for their office postal address they resisted giving the information. At the end when they gave, was given different addresses two times. They do
These guys are cheats! I have shopped so many times with Amazon, not even one negative experience.
