Today I received a call and mail from Planetspark. Mr Arora spoke to me and after a detailed explanation, they agreed to refund the amount minus deducting 20% of processing charges, against which I agreed. I sincerely thank him for understanding my problem and approving the refund. At present it'...;s processed. I will drop a message once I receive the amount.
