We received a call from this company, which provides a platform for Online Classes for Public Speaking & Creative Writing to improve the fluency and confidence of children. After taking one demo class of my daughter, Mr Kashik(78760 4xxxx) called us and asked for time with both parents. Later on the day scheduled for a video session, one hour plus was spent online where in details of the course were explained. At the end of the session, we were briefed about the fee payment structure. They initially asked us to pay Rs.1, 20, 000 for the entire course which was supposed to be for 2 years. We felt the fees were too high for our financial conditions, hence we asked him for some time a day or two, to think over and decide. During this hour of discussion, a co-ordinator named Pooja joined in. She offered us a discount and reduced the fees to a total of Rs.78, 000/-. Yet we still needed time to think. But, they told us to decide right now on this offer. I told them about our condition and also explained to them that I liked the concept of the course, but I needed time. As I was forced and not given any time or option, I decided to make some part payment, as the company website had mentioned the refund policy, which seemed fine to me. They told me they had tied up with banks for emi offers too. I decided to make the payment with my credit card. They told me to make an initial payment of Rs.50, 000/-. When I tried my card twice for the payment, I realised that there was no limit on my card and only Rs.20, 000/- was remaining. They made me process the payment and told me that later I could pay the balance. Hence on 13th Jan, 2024, I made a payment of Rs.20, 000/-. They were supposed to call me back after 4 days, but I kept on receiving calls from the next day. Looking at the pressure and follow-up to pay the fees, we decided to cancel the course. As per the terms of refund, if a student has not taken any class, they can opt for a refund with some nominal cancellation charges, within the time limit of 60 days. Hence we wrote an email requesting for refund of the course fees paid in advance. In the meantime, I was receiving calls asking to pay at least Rs.6, 000 and continue. Later, we received a call from Mr Nikhil, we politely explained to him about our financial condition and also about my health issues so that they could process the refund. Soon after the phone call ended, I received an email stating that my refund could not be processed as the reason for asking for a refund did not meet their criteria. I immediately replied to them back with a screenshot of the refund terms of their company, but they rejected my request again.


Please be aware before you sign up. They don't have a fixed fee schedule, they will also offer loans for the classes. If they are genuine, then why reduce the fees to 80%? Why don't they give parents time to think? why don't they accept the refund request?


All actions of this company point out that they are nothing but fraud and unprofessional company. Please refrain from joining such institutions. For any further clarifications, please contact me.
