Hi I am facing the exact same problem. For me it has been 6 months. I keep getting the bills in spite of my modem being taken away by those guys. I advice you whenever Tikona guys would come to collect the Tikona modem do not forget to take picture of the them collecting the device in ur mobile. U c...an use that as an evidence in the court. Same pattern of deceit was used against me. I am also given new request ids each time I call them. I have filed a case against them in Consumer Court. I have also filed a trespassing case against the collection guys from TIKONA who visit my premises.Read More
