Working in Multinational companies is not all about fat cheques but you are trained to work under pressure and with never ending daily targets, in this race of performance, employees generally ignore their health and fitness regime. I love to accept the challenges in which my indulgence in corporate environment of company is first taken as a hindrance but eventually when the results are out after following my regime the companies get healthy employees with full confidence and motivation. As per my understanding, most of the corporate knows about their health and fitness issues, but they don’t treat it like a task.
