Please raise your concerns to sukhmani.saini@vlink.in & gargi.raj@vlink.in and ask them to pay for the damages or else you will be forced to take legal opinion. I also was about to miss my flight in Blr when the taxi did not turn up but thanks to bad weather my flight was delayed.
