Yesterday’s most terrible experience with MERU CABS BLR(14th Aug 2008 – Bangalore)
Booked MERU Cab for drop to Airport at 3:15PM(Call wait time 12 Minutes)(The CAB was booked with below reference no# on SMS)

We will send cab details 30 mins prior to pick-up time.

Neither the CAB details were sent not the CAB came at pickup time of 5:15 PM. Waited till 5:30PM and tried calling the MERU call center for the status –(Caller no. 35 in queue) After 25 Minutes wait when no one picked up the call neither the CAB appeared, I called another CAB which reached in 25 Minutes
I was about to miss the flight but thanks to the bad weather, my flight got delayed by 40 Minutes and I was able to catch it.
Suggestion - NEVER RELY ON MERU CABS
