Would you need me to get the item to your warehouse? If yes, tell me, I'll do that. May be this issue gets resolved if I get it to your warehouse on my own. I have the proof that says the refund is eligible. 1. Your sales person sent me a mail saying that 30 days money back guarantee. 2. Yo...ur website says that you wont even ask a question to the customer if they want to return the item in 30 days. How long should I wait for the carrier to come and pick the item? Now this is an another journey for me to contact you to get the item picked ? After that it's an another journey for me to ask for a refund? Your customer service representatives doesn't understand English and they don't really know ...what they do, I asked him to send the courier person and he's saying that he will send technician. Hello, yes you are absolutely right. I started having weird and awkward Customer service experience right after the second I purchased it. From the part of installation to the part of returning, their customer service is horrible. It's a mental torture once you purchase it from Eureka Forbes. I gues...s I called them more than 50 times on a single day; but their response was just same, saying 'your complaint is raised to priority and it will be solved in 1 day'. But that didn't happen. After 1 month of struggle, today one of their representative came and dismantled it for the return. My health got spoiled after drinking the water from that purifier. I wish your complaint gets resolved soon.Read More

He says that 'you can drink this water, and this purifier is working fine. I said that's not the point, drinking these water had already affected our health, he have no answer for it. He said that 'if you are not satisfied with your product you can call the customer service and inform them'. That'...s the hell stuff I'm doing since 3 days. They are sending the service representative saying that I made a complaint. This is into the loop and Eureka Forbes is playing with their customers. The issue is not getting resolved and the same stuff is repeating, calling to customer device - they send service rep - he says call to customer service. This is the non-sense that's going on and the issue is not yet resolved. Mr. Abhishek, who promised that he would send a person to pack the product is not accepting the call now. I tried calling him around 10-20 times, he doesn't pick the call. Later I called the customer service and again they say the same thing, Mr. Imran who attempted the call when I called to customer service says the same thing again that 'the issue is escalated to the higher priority, you will get the call now'. I asked him will I get a confirmation message, he said yes. But still I didn't get the call or atleast a confirmation message. A big bunch of liars, you can only find there.Read More

Yesterday I got a call from Eureka Forbes, Mr. Abhishek is the person who called me. He said that 'tomorrow a person will come who will dismantle the product and pack it in the box and send out courier for returning the item. Once the item reached our warehouse, the refund will be processed'. But,... a service representative had visited today and he tested the purifier, his name is Mr. Srinivas, the same story repeated again, he removed the complete water from the purifier and filled it again and tested, this time the TDS value for non purified water is 121 and for puffed water is 100.Read More
