bsnl sucks. they are just ass*****. average speed is around 150kbps(in chennai)(the ad will say 3.6mbps which is a LIE!!! ). their customer care people never attend phone calls. they eat samosa and sleep in their office. again, they are ass*****. every few minutes, the net wont work and if you ask a... question?? you will be made to run from pillar to pillar. you wont get an answer but waste a few hundred rupees on useless top-ups. again, they are ass*****. you got a question? why am i so frustrated? Recently, I bought a BSNL 3G Prepaid DataCard (in vellore district). i pulled out a 2.5k for it. but the 3G did not even work. the customer care people said the 3G service would be available in my town in a month. but it never came. why do they sell Data cards in places where they dont even have 3G towers. I wasted my money on it. and i wasted several hundred rupees on it. Finally, i found out that wired internet is more reliable, cheaper and better. :( and again, the BSNL people are ass*****. thank you :)Read More
