Dear Rajiv, All I can do render my best wishes and pray to God for you :) It seems to me that you have a very hard training sessions and only God can help you! Answer a simple question, Do your bank give loans to people who dont have ability to pay. If yes! Why you need 100's of documents, sec...urities prior to loan sanctions. The difference between your bank and any nationalized bank is, You hide many things and other respond instantly. That saves time and option for loan seeker to knock other doors. Where as once a person trapped in your system all he/she get 'Assurance' and later 'No'. You need to increase your response time, educate your employees to handle your customers and provide a Clear Guidelines (No fine Prints) Dont trap innocent people just to show 'how capable you are to generate leads' Instead, try generating Qualified leads, as those gives better conversions. Those who incash people ignorance are doing a crime. This bank is useless. I have allied to close my account around 1 year back and not yet closed. There are more horror stories. Stay away with ICICI Bank.

ICICI Sucks and involved in harrassing it's own customers. They have hired people who try to salvage their pride on internet. But it wont help. This bank should not be trusted at all. !!!!

Its a clear shock ! Remit2india sucks well. The only way to stop this malpractice is to report to RBI and other regulation authorities in India. You can also move throgh Indian Embassy in your country and I am sure your things will be cleared. ICICI Sucks!! Stay away....

This is nothing but a hype created by so called marketer of ICICI Bank. It sucks! You wont get loan from them, if u really need the money. I strongly suggest not to apply any loan or give your personal detials to this bank. All they need a database which they can sell, Use or bla bla bla

These are the basic needs every bank need to provide. Its we put our hard earned money to banks and need flexibility. have you ever tried making a payorder or draft from their online banking?? i am also a rigourous user of this system and didnt find it useful. - It took loads of time to l...oad the website. - The system logs u off if u take few minutes to fill the forms. sometimes it does between the transactions. Horrible. - Contact support from online banking you recieve the reply in 2 days. That reply too was written by a novice person who fails to understand your question. - Order a DD or a Payorder.. will take 7 days to reach you. - Adding a customer or a payee is also not at all full proof. Worst banking experiance !Read More

Go the basics dude. If you really like to project this bank as a customer friendly, never say out of 10, 9 customers are at fault. Its a consumer who build the trust in the bank, no bank has any trust in their consumers. This is a place where entire system is under the grip of unethicle marke...ting personals.. Dear friend [Mr. AkashJ], If you are new to marketing, go back to the basics again. I have not just wrote the review, without analyzing the facts. Here are few more pooints for your reference: 1. Do bank or their employees disclose the crieteria of approval before accepting the application? Ne...ver. Why not! why waste time of the people... 2. Do you feel a person with 60K net monthly earnings and working in an IT company for last 4 years is not eligible for a credit card? 3. Even if the employees are at fault, its the bank who is liable and should be found guilty. 4. If you have an account in ICICI Bank, why should you take the credit card of Citibank or other bank. Who has time to maintain so many accounts?? 5. Emplyees or associates of the bank are humans and they wont just commit anything if the top authorities does not approve that. All of them are just a scapegote and used by bank's think tank. They say what they are allowed to. Beyond that no one will commit a single word. I know being a marketing head and over 9 years of solid experiance behind me, how some people are using unethicle marketing techniques and misguiding poor people. I also like to inform you that bank has hired professional people to improve their image on the places like this. Lastly, its not me at fault but its the bank who is at fault. I stricktly advise people to go deep into the things and dont just accept the fact which are told to you.
