Icici bank good in service only if you .... Review on ICICI Bank

Hi all,

i am with icici past 2 years. online banking offering by icici is excellent. but you can enjoy

all these facilities only if you maintans minimum balance. They will clearly mention about this before opening account. THis is not an hidden cost. If you can maintain then only go for porivate banks otherwise go for Gov bank where minimum balance is low.

Iam all most enjoying all of there services ( credit card,saving account, personal loan, demat etc) all most all of you can maintain from their wesite.

you can send money orders from your computer to any where in india.

you can transfer money to any VISA card ( any bank , any type ( credit,debit).

Above feature is very usefull, for remote areas. You can recharge you mobile.

you can pay bills ( creditcards,phone etc ...) from your computer with out any extra charge.

Why iam writing this is - iam badly using icici 's above mentiond features :)

customer service all most I never face any -ve experience.

for ATM trnasactions -- some one saying only 6 times is free per quarter but iam doing 20 per 7 days ...untill now they din;t charge single ruppe extra. They charge for your statment ( 20 rs per sheet ) that you. but they will send softcopy free per month and

physical copy per every thee months for free!!!

So I will suggest you icici if you are living in cities.
