At the end, no response from company. As my compressor is covered under the five year warranty, I had to succumb to service dealers' practices. Now, I have to pay the asked amount by the service center. They promised me to deliver the AC on Sunday. But as usual, they do not bother to call you if the...y expect delay. When I approached them, they told us AC is ready but they cant deliver as they do not have transport arrangement today which resulted into one more day of delay in service. Hope other people do not get caught in the inconvinience the way I did managing Hitachi service people in Gurgaon.. Money out of my pocket, lost sleep in scroaching Delhi summer for 5 days, too many follow up phone calls to service center, waiting at home for those service guys, lots of sweating hours... all in vain.Read More
