Hi, You have pointed out the trials of being a banking customer to icici very well indeed. I too have been banking with ICICI bank for the past 5 years their service was pathetic in the first couple of years but then it did improve drastically. But yes I agree there are times when the service fal...ls short completely. As one branch in Chennai refused to process my FD at 730 in the night saying that I should have come before 6 for this and only SB account related work could be done at that time. I was shocked because I had travelled quite a distance for this and they clearly advertise that they bank 8 to 8. I have been banking with HDFC also but the timings are a handicap. Hi.. thanks for ur comment yeah the movie Contact is based on this. But the movie was more about Jodie Foster and hunkie BF and did not do much justice to the book. You must read it if u can. Thanks again. Forgot to mention this in the review.
