Thanks to @Pureit for the above response. Let me make some items clear. My post on Mouthshut is not intended to embarrass or seek explanation from HUL Pureit. My intention is to document my personal experience with the product 'HUL Pureit WDAM100 Ultima RO+UV Water Purifier' ; I do not have any iss...ues with Pureit, as my financial transaction was with Amazon and I have got my refund in full. Yes, I would like to put it on record , that Pureit Technical staff is not competent. I have elaborated my experience in my post above. To Pureit : I do not have any concern to be addressed. However, my experience with the product I mentioned has not been a pleasant one. But, the sad part is, you cannot do anything about it now, as your technical team did not respond to my service request on time.
