My Tikona A/c User ID - 1104668912. In the early part of 2012, I had requested for a disconnection of my connection to which I was advised that the needful would be done on payment of outstanding amount.


There was never any default on my part in paying monthly bills, and I was all eager to pay the final bill, however, I requested that a settlement letter be issued, certifying no further dues and the payment shall be in cheque. This was acknowledged, and a few days later I got a call from some gentleman in Bangalore, that he would reach my residence to collect the amount. This never happened, and the cheque too was not handed over to your person.


The whole episode remained there, I did not follow up nor did your team.


Last month - Dec 2012 - Mr Abhay Pratap Singh (as self introduced - advocate ) - called me and informed about the outstanding amount and asked if I was willing to make the payment. I made known to him the discussion I had with your Call Centre and with the Collection person, and requested that a no dues letter be issued to me, and if this is promised, the payment would be released forthwith. The very same day I made an online transfer of the amount that Mr Abhay informed me about.

But till date, I have not received any letter "No dues certificate" nor the connection wiring has been removed from my residence.Please have the wiring removed as soon as possible, else you may put a price on the cable after some time, and I do not wish to make any further unnecessary payments.


The issue was a very simple matter, and I do not appreciate any person calling me for any financial dues, because I keep no dues uncleared. My experience with Tikona has not been good, and never in future would I want to have any sort of relationship.I pray please have a No dues certificate be issued to me at the earliest.


Why people claiming to be from court calling customers and threatening ?
