I guess some people like to read a long story. but alas! every time its not necessary to write everything. as I have written that everything was satisfactory regarding their service and products etc etc... that means that their products are of good quality... and their service is also fast. I wouldn't have written that if I would have faced any trouble.... people normally write a big description for how they are cheated and not how they are satisfied. @ dhingra.rajat... same happened to me. they took a lot of time to deliver the product and that to partially with no proper packaging. the one which they sent was of the lowest price out of the three that I had ordered. finally after so much of writing they cancelled my rest products.

very true, after writing to them a million times and their asking for a few hours to answer, ultimately they cancelled my product. they refunded me by way of pepper points. but when i wanted to redeem that by shopping again, I got to know that all the pepper points cannot be used at a single use. th...ey keep some points with them so that we will have to shop there again. extremely fraud company. hope they do not cancel my order this time.Read More

very true. Its been more than 10 days when i didn't got the product I wrote to them. they replied me and promised to send it. now i received but only 1 out of 3 that i ordered. the one that i received also was not packaged properly and the product tag was also lacking.
