@IFB Appliances / HS18: 1. Please send some engineer, who can fix the problem rather than catching me on phone or email. 2. The person who visited to fix the problem was giving some gimmick that there is some voltage issues. .bla .. bla. Please send some engineer who can investigate properly. ... 3. Third and important thing, why don't you replace the product. [Your engineer only opened the box and since that time product has problems]. 4. I think IFB suppose to change the faulty product to maintain a good quality product company. 5. I do not expect anything from HS18, because they are just broker. they believe in their commission whether consumer is getting correct and genuine product or not. 6. They called me twice [15 days difference] to listen the problem; but the conversation result was same both time ' we will check and revert you back soon' .
