In continuation with the older feedback, while returning the car, this time they also sent a technician cum Goonda who screamed , shouted at us for being ignorant in using the reverse camera and not able to drive :( And almost would have assaulted us if thankfully our security guys wouldn't have... intervened, He bad mouthed us and with repetitive request for service station to intervene and stop the nuisance, they didn't respond nor called back to apologize. Will take this complaint forward today with main Maruti hoping atleast they are customer centric. Read More
