6 months back they took my Celerio car and bumped it in service Center. With difficulty post keeping my car for 15 days, changed the bumber. But in return spoiled and didn't fix my back camera display that they spoiled in this process. I fought with them for nearly 3 months and then just stopped following. Decided never to give to them again.
Just this month they called and we're sorry for all that and committed to fix the camera and service the vehicle. I don't know if I need to thank or curse them for trying to fix my display for reverse camera, spoiled the sensor of the camera. When we tried to take reverse, trusting the beep sound. But then heard a thud to only realise that we shouldn't have trusted the camera especially after giving for service with Garuda Maruti.
Called the technical service guy and he confirmed to us that the beeper is not working and took the car for servicing. But there we get call from Mr Ravichandran who is supposedly in managerial role saying that the technician was not sure, but it's working fine. You can take car back and raise insurance to fix the same. It's your mistake as you didn't see or hear the beep, so he can't help or fix the bumber. To also mention, screamed so nicely at his customers to shut their mouth, pinnacle of customer service.Would request people to avoid giving to this service station in Hebbal if you love your car..
