Today when I received my policy document I thought that story of daily follow up , frustrating days have come to end but I was wrong. When I looked the document I found that the medical report has the same dscrepancy which I have rectified one month ago that is the cause of my father death . I have ...already mentioned in teh proposal form that my father was diabetic and he died due to brain tumour and same was communicated to the medical examiner but he has mentioned that he died normal death. I constantly chased customer department for almost 20 days to make this small change . Please find the attached updated medical report which i have send you in the email. Whats new about that ? Once you pay the premium you will get the policy. Try to justify how they can provide the policy at a such a lowest premium ? Why they have lowest claim settlement ratio ?
