I had a pathetic experience with Cocokerala last weekend. It was a cochin-kumarkom-alleppey package.The cab and the driver were good. The single b...ed room boat was badly maintained with dirty floors, ants in the bed and bathroom bolt that didnt work properly. The worst situation was when we found ants in the rice during dinner ! Instead of enjoying the house boat stay i was making calls to the boat owner and cocokerala for providing this kind of service. I have demanded a refund of some amount and they are willing to refund only 1500 ! . That too is pending since 1 week. I am running behind them making callis everyday !!!!!! If you wish to do package tours, i would suggest go for MakemyTrip or Yatra. They are more reliable, even if a bit expensive, you can atleast end up with a good experience for the money and time that you spend.Read More

I claimed a refund to which they have not responded with the refund so far ! I think I have to pull them to the court now ! I posted on their facebook about a week back. They keep saying that they are looking into it but no response.

Today the customer support asked me to claim a refund. It seems it will take 7 ridiculous days to resolve the claim ! I badly need this book and these guys are holding the payment and not shipping the product ! I can't even purchase from flipkart now since im not sure this be refunded or shipped ! ... I called the seller today to check what story he has to say. He says, ebay has not paid them the amount so they didnt initiate the shipping. They ask me to contact ebay ! This is ridiculous experience . I am not sure if the whole thing is coz the transaction had an issue initially wen i made the payment. They confirmed the payment after 2 days. I would not recommend ebay to anyone, coz there is always a chance of transaction not getting thru without hassles, in which case you get stuck like this ! So much for a simple book purchase !Read More
