Very reliable store. I have primarily bought books from here. I always receive the book earlier than expected date. I recently had to cancel an order for personal reasons and it was a hassle free experience ! Flipkart is one reliable Indian online store to be proud of !
If at all something can be improved, it is the amount of information about the product. More amazon like features would be good to have like browsing through some of the pages and seeing what other customers have bought and so on.
Now with the launch of other products beyond just books, I am hoping to have a similar shopping experience on the other items too!
