Hi,
I am associated with Deloitte through VCentric. Let me tell you from day one.
I mailed my CV to Vcentric.
Got a call from Deloitte interview was scheduled and I cleared the interview. Deloitte asked through which vendor your interview was scheduled? I told I really don’t know - I got call from Deloitte. Deloitte called me and told U have to take next round. So with god’s grace I cleared and again they asked to check my mails from Vendor so that they can proceed further. Finally I got to know its Vcentric.
In the final round with the manager, he conformed the location as Hyderabad and in the mail it was the location Hyderabad. So I resigned, @ the last movement the location changed to Mumbai, as I dint have any other option and by seeing the Brand Deloitte-I moved to Mumbai.
The facilities I was promised by HR like travel reimbursement, Lodging for 3-4 days for 2000/- per day- No response, and I will be initiated for permanent position after 2-3 months max-really was false.
My salary a/c is not opened(its 3-months+ with Vcentric).I was told salary will be credited 5th of every month and its 17-18 of the month.
I haven’t got my PF a/c details, they never asked my existing PF a/c no, I haven’t got my medical insurance no to claim as I was effected with DENGUE after joining . I have mailed several mails & tried to contact - the only response HR gives the concern person is busy or she is not reachable to the concern person.
It’s the worst experience of my life. it might not be the same with you. Just wanted to bring this to the notice. What can happen in Contract kind of jobs. Suggestion-Please don’t leave your Permanent Position & jump to contract for Money seeing Brand like Deloitte, unfortunately which I did.
Issues like "salary a/c, salary credit, PF a/c no" have been resolved.
Hoping, re-embossment and Medical Insurance issues will be resolved @ the earliest .
