I bought not one, but three pieces of this product for each of my kids, and ruefully realize that it's been a sheer waste of money.
I should have known, since I have consistently had bad experiences with iBall as a brand. I had purchased a small iBall music player in 2009 and I had to return it the very same day since its software malfunctioned.
Similarly I have had bad experiences with its various other products like keyboards, USB extenders, and so on. And now almost Rs.15, 000 down the drain.
The very first day, one of the three power supply units stopped working. Second, the charging pin of one of the pieces went bad. Currently only one of the the three units is working "properly" if in fact I can use the word properly here, since its battery is useless.
It takes the entire night to charge it and it gets drained in only just a few hours of usage. It is also extremely slow and does not respond to the touch. you have to wait till it completes whatever it is doing to move further.
The only reason I give higher points for ease of use and style and design is because it has the Android OS, so no credit to the product per se for that.
