Experience speaks so this is purely out of what is experienced at this company;
The work you do is not what they promise in the interview. Work-life balance will always tilt in favor of i2s. There is no real leader and the acting leader doesn't care about employee. Poor communication. Pay is ok but not competitive. Does not evaluate employee talent based upon the quality of work done, but who they will get along with. Very bureaucratic environment. Not enough direction for managers. Managers tend to reward people who have ties with managers or family members. Takes long time for decisions to be made. The environment does not foster growth or entrepreneurial ideas. They must level the playing field in the office & reward the up-comers because they are the real future of this consultancy.
