As much as I liked the project, the pricing felt too steep. Apartments are well-finished, but not massive for the cost. Maintenance charges are on the higher side, and the walking-distance close to the station is way too far, if you're in. In the end, you’re paying for lifestyle branding as much as the home, and it'll only be worth it if budget isn’t going to be an issue.
