I recharged my account and asked customer care to check the d2h connection since it was displaying "No signal". I registered the complaint, they gave me 24hr deadline. Their engineer called me up next day and said he is coming in 10mins however never showed up .weird, I tried calling him multiple times . Again I raised a complain they again gave me new deadline and it didnt happen . Now it's been 4 days, I asked them to refund my money as I dont need such a pathetic response and service .
