RIGHT FROM CUSTOMER CARE CALL YOU WILL BE CHARGE LIKE ANY THING.THEY WONT PICK UP YOUR CALL IMMEDIATELY AND IT IS NOT TOLL FREE.YOU WILL HERE SUBSCRIPTION MESSAGES LIKE IPL, MOVIES OR ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION ETC. THEY WILL TAKE MINIMUM 15 MINUS TO ANSWER THE CALL.AND FOR ENGINEER YOU HAVE TO PAY 170 RUPEES AS SERVICE CHARGE.MY STRONG SUGGESTION IS DON NOT GO TO VIDEO CON D2h
