Hi all,
I would like to bring one of the nightmarish incident that I have experienced from videocon D2H customer center. Due to some unknown reasons my Videocon D2H stopped working on Friday evening and I lodged a complain on Saturday Morning. I was assured that it will be resolved by 3 o clock that day. But unfortunately that didn't happen(nor I got any call from service engineer nor I was intimated about the reason for not showing up). I again called on 3 o clock and was again assured that within 24 hours it will be resolved(and a new ticket was raised that earlier complaint was not resolved).
However, there was no progress in the issue even after 24 hours i.e. by Sunday 2 o clock. Again I called on Sunday around 2 o clock and to my surprise I was given another ticket number( like every time they apologized that they were unable to resolve but what should I do with their apology and ticket number) and was told that it will be resolved in next 24 hours.
But now I am really fed up with this lethargic attitude from your customer service and fill like smashing the D2H box and throwing out of the window. I cant understand why it is taking so long to resolve such a small issue.
Its my humble request to never ever go for Videocon D2h.
