I feel this review is:
I had some problem in my channel selection. I called customer care. After listening to me, they said engineer will visit you. Engineer came and he just clicked 1 button. Factory settings. All done. He took 200rs for this. The customer care could have told me on phone about this. But he didn't. Poor service
