If you try to call customer service at Cult bike, they say that your number is not registered with them. They will ask for the ID number and if you do give it, they will say it does not exist then they will ask you for the bill when you provide the invoice then they will ask you what the problem is after you tell them what the problem is. They will ask you for a video of the whole thing. All in all, they do not want to provide your service to not buy this bike.
