I've been an NRI investor with BBG for a few years, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The initial purchase process was a nightmare, with numerous delays and complications in getting my plot registered.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. It's impossible to speak to a representative directly, as calls are constantly routed incorrectly. Relying solely on agents is risky, as you may lose your point of contact if they resign.
Even when I reached out to a leadership member for help with reselling my plot in Sadashivpet, I received no response.
I strongly advise NRI investors to avoid BBG. The difficulties in getting a return on investment, combined with the poor customer service, make it a frustrating and unreliable experience.
