Hi friends I am share some experiance .i booked a zoom car for 2nd 1 pm to 4pm .car details reseived through messaage.reached at a location as per the gprs location send by zoomcar .howwhere there was no zoom car are present.and address received the meassge are does not match with address sent by gprs.after searching a lot we did not found the location sent by the zoomcar.
So we return back .after hours 2: 04pm we recevied a message as pick up location has been changed and plan accordigly .there is no customer support number to contact with the execution we tried lot .
