I had booked a Scorpio from Zoomcar. Although the car was in good working condition, the cleanliness part was not at all paid attention to. The car was not clean from inside as well as outside.
I do not know whether anyone bothers about cleaning the cars before giving it out to the next customers. We had human hair, parts of biscuit and other stuff lying inside the car. From the outside the car was dusty, the windshield was not clean, I had to pour water from my water bottle and use the wipers to clean it. Do they expect us to clean the car? Like take it to a car wash? Can they not appoint one person to do the cleaning after every journey of the car? What is one supposed to do if someone from an earlier trip has puked in the car? Clean it by themselves? I urge Zoomcar to please look into cleanliness of the vehicles.
And why can't Zoomcar provide a pick-up and drop service? Other small players in the industry are providing it at an additional charge, why can't Zoomcar? Why can't Zoomcar have an option of pick-up and drop service at an additional charge, I was willing to pay for the additional charge given the service. I request Zoomcar to take up this matter being a major player in this category.
Other than above mentioned issues, I did not face any more problems or any problems with the car
