Zoomcar needs a lot of improvement. Review on Zoom Cars

I like their concept of self driving car but how they implement it is very bad.I have to travel from delhi to muzzafarnagar. So I decided to book a zoom car, I booked a ford ecosports for 2112 for 11 hours.I found this deal good as if I booked some private cab might cost around 3000-3500.On the day of my booking when I reached the spot , no one was there, I have to call 3 times to there customer care to call the person resposible to deliver the car.He came after 20 min and my journey was delayed by an hour.The condition of car was fine but there were too many scratches and dents. Even the glove box was broken and I have reported it there otherwise they might deduct a fine from my security deposit of 5000.When I rode it I feel liked the car was not properly maintained and the clutch was soo hard that at the end of the journey my left leg was paining badly.I rode aprrox 250 km for 2112 ruppes which look good on paper but tge ride quality was poor.I want to say that atleast they compensated the time wasted by their delivery person was a good gesture in the end.I heard in some youtube videos that the security is refunded within 24 hours but in my case it took around 9 days.
