I didn't get my refund from last 75 days, Each time I called Zoom support they told me to send mail to me but I didn't get any mail yet.
There is no one responsible for anything .
I called so many times but still status is pending just the change they have done that they marked status of payment in Zoom app as refunded(I am shocked I checked my account but there is no money refunded from them yet.).

My issue is:"I booked Scorpio and returned on time, but they have calculated KM From last pickup of other customer(Around 100KM's Not my fault) I intimated Zoom car support person on the location where I pickup car that This is the issue he corrected at that time but I didn't get my money in refund they deducted even after intimation of support error. "
Now when I call them they just tell me we are not able to refund your amount in you account, please provide your NEFT account details to us We will transfer amount only in NEFT account. But they not sent any mail yet. <
Now I want my money back in my account only.
This is not my fault even than I need to suffer and calling again and again.
I suggested Zoom to so many friends but now after this incident I don't want to suggest to use ZOOM Car.
They are just ignoring nothing else.
