I was very disappointed with the overall experience of my first booking. I booked at the last minute from Chennai(8pm for a 9am pickup next day). The app was convenient and everything was processed by midnight. That was a great start. It was hard to find their pickup location. The bookmark in google maps was wrong. I had to call your support number three times to get through to the executive and he was not helpful. I had to ask passerby folks. The security wouldn't let all of us enter. Some of us had to wait on the pavement The car was dirty inside and out. There were many dents and scratches. The oil light on the dashboard came on and was on all the time. Frequently the warning light came on and a message came on that servicing is due. The car wouldn’t start at first. I would have to turn the ignition 2-3 times before it would start. When I returned it, the technician claimed I had scratched the car. When I asked him how he knew, he said he remembers all the scratches and dents, and this was new. It was up to me to show him pictures to prove it wasn’t new. It seems a tactic to browbeat customers into paying for imaginary damages. Overall I was very disappointed by the condition of the car and shocked by the blatant attempt at ripping me off at the end. Dharmarajan
