I booked zoomcar today 22/01/2017 -booking id - JPS6V6SY7 and pickup up the Scorpio from ITPL bangalore center .after riding few KM with my family(including 2 kids) All of us was about to die as the gear handle came out in my hand . I called zoomcar and they said they dont have any backup or disaster recovery . They can only send a tow vechicle till evening(after 5 hours) and till then I cant leave the car with my family(under sun on the road) as we need to give keys and pappers to towing vehichle and for the towing vehicle I need to pay .I missed my function but somehow my and my family life is saved. PLESASE REFER PICS
