Hello All,
Please Please never ever try their services. I have heard and read a lot here on Mouthshut not to take up Zoom Cars, however reading few positive reviews I made my mind and booked a Nano on 13th Dec 2015 with a deposit of Rs 5000/-.
Its been 18 days they have not refunded my amount. Same as many of you have mentioned. And the car did not had enough fuel to complete the ride.
I dont recommend this service to any one. please dont take it.
